I was surprised at how quickly this story pulled me in. Each of the characters has a unique flavor to them, and I found myself surprisingly invested the process Cheri was going through.I don't want to say too much since I don't want to spoil the ending, but let's just say that Cheri is most definitely dissecting more than just cats. She's a delightfully dynamic character, and her story is told with heart and a healthy dose of humor.
In short, I haven't been this satisfied with a short story in a good long while. Be sure to check it out. You won't be disappointed.
